Here at Logs Homes Unlimited we offer construction services. These services are available for all phases of construction.

"Dry In" or "Weathertight" Construction Services 

This includes erecting of the log walls, all load bearing interior walls and beams. We also install all exterior windows and doors. Roof sheathing will also be installed preparing the roof for final roofing materials.

"Complete Home Construction"

This includes all services within the "Dry in/Weathertight" services as well as all interior and exterior finish including walls, floors, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.

 "Turn-Key Construction"

 The "Turn-Key Construction"  includes "Dry in/Weathertight", "Complete Home Construction"  services along with permitting, drive way construction and grading, water and sewer.

Construction Management Services

We also offer "Construction Management Services".  We will manage the entire construction process for you. Let us take away the worries of the day to day. For example, let us deal with the subcontractors and purchasing material. You can relax and watch your dream home become a reality.
